Structure

Classes are held in-person over two sessions at The Practical Empath Studio. Maximum of 6 students.

Combination of lecture, open discussion, and take-home practice. This class includes a Reiki Attunement and a Certificate of Completion.

Course Goals

Learn about the fundamental concepts of Reiki through and including:

• History, Tenets, and Terminology
• Body/Mind/Spirit Connection
• Life Force Energy 101
• The Reiki Attunement
• Practice Time

Integrate practical techniques into your daily life to:

• Reduce stress
• Boost your energy levels
• Grow your energetic awareness
• Build clarity and confidence
• Promote self-healing
• Discover your unique gifts, talents, and purpose

Location

In-person classes are hosted at Bev’s studio in Constance Bay. Arrangements can also be made to offer a class at locations in the Ottawa region. Contact Bev for more information.
