Life Force Energy is a subtle energy that manifests in many forms and holds the blueprint for your true, authentic essence. It is you at your truest form, and a key component of what makes you, you.
Think of your unique Life Force Energy as a shepherd of inner wisdom. It encourages you to have a relationship with it, to deepen that connection, and to also learn about the universal energy which is eternal; that divine force that many call God or Spirit. It also has a frequency that is constant, clear, limitless, intelligent, supportive and intuitive. And you are a divine creation of that energy.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a path to personal and spiritual growth that assists you in the process of coming back to who you authentically are. Through awareness of the universal energy available to you – Rei, and of your spiritual nature, your soul – Ki, you will begin to discover the expansiveness of your consciousness, deepen your connection with your soul, and over time, take confident steps to align yourself outwardly in your everyday life through practical action, where stress is reduced and a clarity and confidence can thrive.
